Honors/Council Fire Pro-Am

Chattanooga, Tennessee (April 24, 2012) – Once again, the Honors/Council Fire Pro-Am proves to be a successful event in raising over $60,000 for the The First Tee of Chattanooga and the Tennessee Golf Foundation.  The hosts, The Honors Course and Council Fire Golf Club, could not have been more generous in their efforts.  Both courses were in terrific condition and proved to be a tough test of golf.  Wind and chilly temperatures were pivotal factors each day of competition. 

The TGF would like to recognize Ferguson Enterprise as the Title Sponsor and thank them for their contributions.  Also, Bill Pickens and the Gerber Taylor Capital Advisors from Memphis were the Cookout Sponsor this year and the Foundation would like to thank them for their charitable contributions.  The Prize Sponsor, Titleist and FootJoy were extremely considerate with their prizes.  The Foundation would like to thank Rob Spencer and Antigua for donating the shirts and closest-hole-prizes.  Thank you to Fran Boone and Imperial for donating the caps.  Also, Carter Distributing and Chattanooga Coca-Cola were very generous in their beverage contributions.  Thank you to all the sponsors for making the Honors/Council Fire Pro-Am possible.
