Parents Guide to Junior Golf Classes

One of the most important aspects of ensuring your child’s enjoyment and success in golf is making sure that they are enrolled in just the right class level as they begin their programs.  We are happy to help determine the right starting class for your child based on years of experience in teaching juniors.  We consider both age and skill level when determining the best fit for any one child, and as such sometimes recommend moving a student both up and down form the typical age ranges.

We have consistently found that the biggest mistake is starting a child out a level too advanced for their current experience and ability.  It is impossible to have too solid a foundation on which to build a great golf game.  Thus, if in doubt, we typically suggest starting students at the more beginning level to ensure their long-term success.  Once in a class, if our teachers determine that your child should be in a different level, we are happy to move them into the most appropriate level with a full credit for any remaining tuition from your original class.

Our program series’ are carefully structured into the following key age and ability ranges.  Using our building block approach, each level build on the previous program, thus ensuring ongoing progress for each student.
