%    Won the first Tennessee Women’s State Amateur in 1916

%    Mrs. Gaut was Tennessee’s first great women’s champion

%    She won six State Amateur Championships (1916, 21, 22, 30, 37, 38)

%    Her accomplishments include eleven Memphis City titles, four Women’s Southern Amateurs, and one Women’s Western Amateur

%    Mrs. Marguerite Gaut was inducted posthumously into the Tennessee Golf Hall of Fame in 2003
