%    Won the 1935 Southern California Open

%    Won the 1936 US Amateur Public Links Championship

%    In 1938 and 1941 he won the Southern California Amateur and was twice US Amateur runner-up

%    Mr. Abbot was inducted into the Tennessee Golf Hall of Fame in 2002 with his wife Charlotte accepting his honor
