%    From 1990 through 1996, Sarah won more national championships and played on more international teams than any Tennessee golfer in its hundred year history

%    She won three USGA Mid Amateur Championships (1991, 1993 & 1994)

%    Competed on three Curtis Cup teams and two World Amateur Team events

%    Won the Tennessee State Women’s Amateur in 1991

%    She won two Women’s Southern Amateurs (1993 & 1994)

%    Won two Maryland State Women’s Amateur Championships (1986 & 1987)

%    Sarah was inducted in the Tennessee Golf Hall of Fame in 1999

 

Sarah Ingram has one of the most enviable playing records of any Tennessean. Golf Digest, Golfweek and Golf World named her either number-one amateur or Amateur Player of the Year in 1993. She has two Maryland State Amateur Championships, one Broadmoor Invitational win, a World Amateur Team berth, and two Southern Amateur victories.  The USGA Room at Golf House Tennessee bears Sarah’s name and is one of the most popular rooms in the Tennessee Golf Hall of Fame.  Sarah is presently semi-retired from national competition.
