Greetings from Golf House Tennessee!

As you may have seen previously, our last Society of Tennessee Golfers donor play day for 2010 is September 16 at Justin Timberlake's Mirimichi in Millington, TN (just north of Memphis.) After a successful opening last year, Justin met with various golf industry people and several improvements were recommended to make the facility one of the top daily fee courses in America. Instead of doing the updates over 2-3 years while keeping the course open, Justin decided to do all of the updates at once. Unfortunately, the flood hit the course hard in late spring and set their plans to reopen this summer back a few months. The course will reopen over Labor Day weekend and you'll be one of the first to play this remarkable layout in it's new and improved condition.

To get a better feel for the entire project, it's environmental mission and more, visit http://www.mirimichi.com/ and see what's going on there. It will be one of Tennessee's top courses with the ability and desire to host numerous state and national championships.

Our host PGA Professional Greg King and his staff have organized a fantastic day of for our Society members. You'll also receive a $25 gift certificate to be used in the new Mirimichi golf shop.
